We use Shopify Payments as our official payment provider.
This means that all payments are processed securely according to the strictest European security standards (PSD2 / 3-D Secure) and fully encrypted via SSL security.
By Metz charges no extra costs for using the payment methods below.
💳 Accepted payment methods
With Shopify Payments we accept the following payment options:

iDEAL – direct bank payment for customers in the Netherlands.

We have no access to your complete card or wallet details.

Payments are secured via SSL/TLS encryption and 3D Secure authentication.

💶 Currency, VAT and invoice

All prices on ByMetz.nl are current euros (€) and including VAT.

After completing your order you will automatically receive one order confirmation and invoice by email.
💸 Refunds
When your order is canceled or returned in our opinion Returns Policy:

We will pay the purchase amount 14 days back via same payment method as you paid with.

Depending on the payment method, it is possible 1–10 business days It may take some time before the amount is visible in your account or wallet.

Yes. Shopify Payments complies with all international security standards (PCI Level 1) and uses only encrypted connections.
When will my payment be processed?
For direct payment methods (such as iDEAL, Apple Pay or Google Pay), we start processing immediately.
Bee Klarna-payments only go through after approval Klarna.
Do you accept crypto?
Yes, via USDT (Stablecoin) within Shopify Payments. The value is automatically converted into euros.
What if my payment fails?
Check your balance, internet connection or use another payment method.
