Are you not satisfied with your order? No problem – at ByMetz.nl | Bags & Suitcases you can return it quickly and easily.
Reflection period & right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your order 14 days after receipt without giving reasons.
This period starts on the day you receive the product.
During this cooling-off period you can view and assess the product as you would in a physical store.
Use that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product may lead to depreciation.
Returns from the Netherlands
Customers in Netherlands can use us online returns portal:

Select the items you want to return.

Deliver the package to a PostNL or DHL service point.
The costs for returns via the returns portal are: €6,95 and will be automatically deducted from your refund.
When you return the entire order, you will receive it full order amount including the original shipping costs return.
Returns from abroad
Do you live? outside the Netherlands? Then you cannot use our returns portal.
In that case, you arrange the return yourself via a carrier of your choice.
Make sure the package has sufficient postage and always mention your order number and contact details.

Uncollected orders
When your order is delivered to a service point and not within 7 days is collected, the package will be automatically returned to us.
In that case be return costs plus administration costs of €9.95 withheld from the amount to be refunded.
Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, products must:

Equipped with all original tags, tags, price tags and accessories;

(If possible) in the original packaging be returned.
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
ByMetz.nl is not liable for this loss or damage during returns.

During our opening hours you can return or exchange items immediately.
You can also indicate in the returns portal that you want to return the item to the store.
The following conditions apply in the store:

Both discounted as non-discounted items can until 30 days after purchase are exchanged.

Alone non-discounted items can enter 7 days be returned for refund.

Returned or exchanged products must be in original, undamaged condition are located and provided with labels and packaging.

Delivery times

Order on one working day before 5:00 PM, then your order will be Offered to PostNL or DHL the same day.

In 98% of cases your order will be delivered next working day delivered (Netherlands).

Products with a delivery time of 2–5 business days will be shipped immediately as soon as we receive them.

In exceptional cases, shipping can take place via DHL instead of PostNL.
You will automatically receive a message about this in your shipping confirmation.
Episode
Our packages are mainly delivered via PostNL Express Service.
If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, PostNL or DHL will try to deliver the package to you neighbors to deliver.
If that doesn't work, the package will be sent to the nearest collection point brought.
You will receive a notification about this by e-mail or via the PostNL or DHL app.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code.
Via this link you can easily track the status of your order and see when the package will be delivered.
