Warranty
When you order something from ByMetz.nl , you can assume that it is a high-quality product. Every product we sell has a legal guarantee: a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. In addition, you are also entitled to a manufacturer's guarantee for all products in our range, which is an additional guarantee on top of the legal guarantee. We indicate the total guarantee period for each product.
If a product you ordered breaks within the warranty period, please contact our customer service via email address info@bymetz.nl or send an app to telephone number: 040 202 4214. We will contact you within 2 working days for a suitable solution.
We would like to have the following information in your email or app:
- Name
- Address details
- Phone number
- Order number
- Short and complete description of the problem
- Photos that clearly show the problem
Shipping costs related to warranty cases are the responsibility of the consumer.
Complaints
Do you have a complaint? We will be happy to resolve this for you. You can send an email to info@bymetz.nl or send a message to telephone number: 040 202 4214. In case of complaints, you will always speak to one of the owners of ByMetz.nl for a suitable solution. As soon as we have received your complaint, we will send a confirmation of receipt within 2 working days. You will receive a definitive response within 7 days of receipt of the complaint.
You can also submit your complaint to the independent dispute committee appointed by Stichting WebwinkelKeur or to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR).
