We use Shopify Payments as our official payment provider.
This ensures that all payments are processed securely according to the strictest European security standards ( PSD2/3-D Secure ) and fully encrypted via SSL security .
By Metz does not charge any additional fees for using the payment methods below.

💸 Refunds
When your order is cancelled or returned according to our Returns Policy :

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

Depending on your payment method, it may take 1–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account or wallet.

Yes. Shopify Payments complies with all international security standards (PCI Level 1) and uses only encrypted connections.
When will my payment be processed?
For direct payment methods (such as iDEAL, Apple Pay or Google Pay) we start processing immediately.
With Klarna payments only after approval by Klarna.
Do you accept crypto?
Yes, via USDT (Stablecoin) within Shopify Payments. The value is automatically converted to euros.
What if my payment fails?
Check your balance, internet connection or use a different payment method.
