Want to return your order? No problem! Here you will find all information about easily returning the products. You can easily return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
All ordered products have a 14-day reflection period.

Return the products you wish to return via a PostNL or DHL service point .
If you return your entire order, you will also receive the entire order amount back.
The costs for returning are at your own expense and amount to €6.95 via our returns portal.
If your order is delivered to a Service Point and you do not collect it within 7 days, it will be returned to the sender. In that case, the customer pays the return costs plus administration costs of €9.95 . This will be deducted from the credit of the order.
If you do not use our returns portal, or you have placed an order outside the Netherlands, you can return your order at your own expense, sufficiently stamped, stating the order number to the address below:

Return conditions:
Products must be complete, in original condition and unused.
Provided with original labels, tags, price tags and accessories.
(If reasonably possible) to be returned in original packaging.
The returned products do not contain any traces of use.
If the return conditions are not met, at least 50% will be retained when refunding the purchase amount.

Shipping and delivery of your order at ByMetz.nl is always free in the Netherlands for orders over €24,- with express shipping. If the product you want to order is in stock and you place an order on working days before 5:00 PM, the package will be offered to PostNL the same day. In 98% of cases, you will receive your order the next day. Does the product have a delivery time of 2-5 working days? Then it will be shipped immediately as soon as it is received by us.
Postage costs
Do you live in Belgium? Then all orders above €49,- are shipped for free. All orders below €49,- have €3,95 shipping costs. For the rest of Europe, €14,95 shipping costs apply and free shipping above €199,-
Delivery
ByMetz.nl sends all packages with express shipping via PostNL, so that you can count on a fast delivery and can enjoy your order as soon as possible. When you place your order on workdays before 17:00, we will ensure that it is delivered to one of our carriers the same day. In most cases, you will have your order the next day! Are you not at home at the time of delivery? Then PostNL will try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If delivery to the neighbors is not possible, the package will be delivered to the nearest PostNL point.
* For the Netherlands, 98% of all orders are delivered the next day. * For Belgium, 90% of all orders are delivered the next day. * For Germany, the delivery time is 1-3 working days. * The rest of Europe has a delivery time of 2-10 working days.
Track & Trace code
After your package has been offered to PostNL, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with your Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track the status of your order and see when PostNL will offer the package to you.
