Want to return your order? No problem! Here you will find all information about easily returning the products. You can easily return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
All ordered products have a 14-day reflection period.
Enter the order number and postal code of your order.
Please return the products you wish to return via a PostNL or DHL service point .
If you return your entire order, you will also receive the entire order amount back.
The costs for returning are at your own expense and amount to €6.95 via our returns portal.
If your order is delivered to a Service Point and you don't collect it within 7 days, it will be returned to the sender. In that case, the customer will pay the return shipping costs plus an administration fee of €9.95 . This will be deducted from the order credit.
If you do not use our returns portal, or if you placed an order outside the Netherlands, you can return your order at your own expense, sufficiently stamped, and stating the order number to the address below:

Return conditions:
Products must be complete, in original condition and unused.
Equipped with original labels, tags, price tags and accessories.
(If reasonably possible) return it in the original packaging.
The returned products do not contain any traces of use.
If the return conditions are not met, at least 50% of the purchase amount will be refunded.

Shipping and delivery of your order at ByMetz.nl is always free in the Netherlands for orders over €29 with express shipping. If the product you want to order is in stock and you place an order on weekdays before 5:00 PM, the package will be handed over to PostNL the same day. In 98% of cases, you'll receive your order the next day. If the product has a delivery time of 2-5 business days, it will be shipped immediately upon receipt.
Postage costs
Do you live in Belgium? Then all orders over €29 are shipped free. All orders under €29 have a €4.95 shipping fee.
Delivery
ByMetz.nl sends all packages express via PostNL, so you can count on fast delivery and enjoy your order as soon as possible. If you place your order on weekdays before 5:00 PM, we'll make sure it's delivered to one of our carriers the same day. In most cases, you'll receive your order the next day! If you're not home when the delivery is due, PostNL will try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If delivery to your neighbours is not possible, the package will be taken to the nearest PostNL point.
* For the Netherlands, 98% of all orders are delivered the next day. * For Belgium, 90% of all orders are delivered the next day. * For Germany, the delivery time is 1-3 working days. * The rest of Europe has a delivery time of 2-10 working days.
Track & Trace code
Once your package has been delivered to PostNL, you'll receive a shipping confirmation from us with your Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track the status of your order and see when PostNL will deliver the package.
