Warranty (legal compliance & manufacturer's warranty)
When you at ByMetz.nl order, you can expect to receive a sound and qualitative receives the product.
The following applies to all our products:

Legal guarantee (conformity): the product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. If a product turns out to be defective or non-conforming (under normal use), you are entitled to compensation free repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, you are entitled to (partial) refund.

Manufacturer's Warranty (if applicable): this is a additional guarantee that the legal rights not limited. When applicable, we mention the total warranty period with the product.

You receive inside 2 working days an acknowledgment of receipt.

Appearance inside 14 days you will receive one upon receipt substantive response with an appropriate solution (repair, replacement or refund – depending on the product, the defect and reasonableness).
Shipping costs with warranty

At one rightly so be entitled to a statutory or manufacturer's warranty examination, repair/replacement and return shipping free of charge for the consumer.

After research it appears that there is there is no defect (e.g. normal wear and tear or damage due to improper use), reasonable research/shipping costs may be charged. We communicate this always in advance.
What is not covered by warranty?
Damage due to careless or improper use, normal wear and tear, changes/adjustments by third parties, and damage caused after purchase due to fall, impact or water damage are not covered by the (factory) warranty. This does no detriment to your legal rights.
